Quick question
So I'm planning on doing a weights workout either before dinner or after. What is better? Doing it before with creatine and then having pasta and protein shake after....or having my pasta, then doing the workout followed by a protein shake? Don't think I'm doing too good at building muscle and I'm wondering if it's timing of having things. Any advice very welcome please 😊
