Ice bath & sauna
What an incredible experience at Güs in Sheffield today. Sauna at 94•C, and 2 x ice baths at 8 & 3•C. Two minutes in each ice bath was a great start! I think my facial expressions on the video and photo say it all 🤣🤣 And an oat milk latte after. Loved how they had all the amenities you needed, so you can get fully ready and head to town after for a meal out. Can't wait to go back for my birthday this month! And who knows, might end up with a subscription it's so good! Luxury right there! 🧖♀️
