June 2025 progress report
My goal has been and still is to lose fat and gain muscle. I started my journey in September 2024 and I weighed 149.4 lbs. My goal weight was 130-135. Today I weigh 134. My journey follows the 5 habits of Muscle Mindset; strength training 3-4 times a week, paying attention to my step count, eating real food, tracking my data, and most importantly increasing my protein intake. The most difficult parts of my journey have been fear of eating more real, protein rich food, and tracking my ‘data’ - mostly taking photographs of my progress because I love a good dataset otherwise. I’m including some progress pictures to hold me accountable, and a few Renpho data.

Progress-5 months into 2025
What a year! I've been working hard on changing my life style: food, walking, exercise, it has been a fruitful year! Here's an update: down 15 lbs, down 5% body fat, up 2.4% muscle! It's been rough and I have wanted to give up more than once, but this community has kept me going - encouraging me and sharing their wins. Thanks to Eric's guidance, I am excited to see the new me!

Today I hit my 15 pound mark since starting this program in January. All of my measurements from my smart scale are now in healthy ranges. I am especially excited about my visceral fat number dropping to 6 from 9. I’m still working on lowering my body fat percentage and improving my muscle tone. Thanks to Eric for all of his guidance and to everyone in the program for their support. I promised myself that I would live a healthier life and now I am doing it! 💪🏼😊
