My goal has been and still is to lose fat and gain muscle. I started my journey in September 2024 and I weighed 149.4 lbs. My goal weight was 130-135. Today I weigh 134. My journey follows the 5 habits of Muscle Mindset; strength training 3-4 times a week, paying attention to my step count, eating real food, tracking my data, and most importantly increasing my protein intake. The most difficult parts of my journey have been fear of eating more real, protein rich food, and tracking my ‘data’ - mostly taking photographs of my progress because I love a good dataset otherwise. I’m including some progress pictures to hold me accountable, and a few Renpho data.
