Progress
Today I hit my 15 pound mark since starting this program in January. All of my measurements from my smart scale are now in healthy ranges. I am especially excited about my visceral fat number dropping to 6 from 9. Iโ€™m still working on lowering my body fat percentage and improving my muscle tone. Thanks to Eric for all of his guidance and to everyone in the program for their support. I promised myself that I would live a healthier life and now I am doing it! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜Š

Finally completed the entire Lake Murray walk. I am going to be sore tomorrow. ๐Ÿ˜… Hope everyone is outside enjoying the beautiful day.

Protein and veggie dinner - Costco Special
The meal is 4oz of ground turkey, and 10 Brussels sprouts. For my meal plan, this is 1 serving of protein and 2 servings of veggies. This week dinner was also ground turkey but with butternut squash from Trader Joeโ€™s. Roasted with olive oil and Mrs. Dash (no sodium). ๐Ÿ˜Š
