I didn’t build a personal brand to become a creator.
I built one to stop getting ignored. Eight years ago, I was sending out resumes and hearing nothing back. No interviews. No callbacks. Just silence. So I started posting on LinkedIn. Not to go viral — but to tell my story, share value, and stand out. That small decision changed everything. 👉 I landed job offers from top tech companies like Google & Uber 👉 I built a 6-figure digital business and community from my laptop. 👉 I started attracting recruiters, companies, and clients Same skillset. Different positioning. That’s when it clicked: Your brand is career insurance. It works when you’re job hunting. It works when you’re launching something of your own. The difference? One version gets you hired. The other version makes you unforgettable. Now I help job seekers and creators do the same inside MPH Tech Academy. You don’t need thousands of followers. You just need the right story — and the right strategy. P.S. Thank you for everyone that has supported me in this journey thus far. If you want to build your brand so you can land offers, attract clients, or launch your

AI tools to crack your next job in this layoff market 🚀
📉 The market is rough: • 86,000 U.S. jobs cut in Aug ’25 • Microsoft: 15,000 this year (6k in May, 9k in July) • 61,000+ tech roles gone across 130+ companies (Google, Amazon, IBM…) • PwC UK trimmed grad intake ~1,500 → ~1,300 Tough? Growing up, I tried hard to fit in...
I was the kid who was chosen last in P.E. I was one of the few who didn't make it to a "UC" for college. I was always trying to "keep up with the Joneses". "What car do you drive?" "Who do you work for?" "Where do you live?" "What do you do?" "Who are you?" I asked myself one day. And that's when I started working on myself. Things started to change when I shifted my energy to what I wanted to do, who I wanted to be, and what made me happy. When I focused on myself without seeking validation from others, I felt the happiest — and that’s what ultimately led me to more success, more friends, more praise, and more respect. So if you're feeling stuck like I was, It's okay to take a step back. It's okay to not "fit in" and be different. It's okay to prioritize your happiness and well-being first. In the end, it's your life. You should do what makes you happy. View post on LinkedIn

Back in 2017, I almost dropped out..
Back in 2017, I almost dropped out of the program that helped me break into tech sales. Applying without hearing back. Call after call. No after no. Nothing was sticking. At one point, I thought maybe I just wasn’t cut out for this. Maybe I should quit. But I brought it up to my mentor during one of our check-ins. He looked me straight in the eye and said, “Every no gets you closer to a yes.” That moment shifted something in me. I stopped seeing rejection as failure. I started seeing it as part of the process. Proof that I was still in the game. One week later after that talk, I landed my first interview. Then another. Then an offer. I’m grateful I didn’t quit. Grateful I had someone that believed in me. Because that “yes” was already on its way but I just needed to keep going long enough to find it. That experience still guides how I show up today. In sales. In business. In life. One yes can change everything. Keep going. You got this. 👏 View post on LinkedIn

Always ask your worth.
Always ask for more when you get a job offer. If you can't get a higher base salary, ask for a one-time bonus. If you can’t get the bonus, ask for a signing incentive. If that’s not available, ask for equity or stock options. If not that, ask for more paid time off. If PTO is locked, ask for a monthly wellness or tech stipend. If that’s a no, ask for a better job title to help with your next promotion. There’s always something on the table, but you have to ask. One of my clients got a 14% pay increase and remote work approved. Negotiate with confidence. You bring value. Get value back. Do you agree? Reshare if so. ♻️ View full post here on LinkedIn
