Always ask your worth.
Always ask for more when you get a job offer.
If you can't get a higher base salary, ask for a one-time bonus.
If you can’t get the bonus, ask for a signing incentive.
If that’s not available, ask for equity or stock options.
If not that, ask for more paid time off.
If PTO is locked, ask for a monthly wellness or tech stipend.
If that’s a no, ask for a better job title to help with your next promotion.
There’s always something on the table, but you have to ask.
One of my clients got a 14% pay increase and remote work approved.
