No gym? No problem!
Have to shoutout @Michael Champoux for completing his workout this morning under poor conditions! His hotel while traveling said it "had a gym".. only to find out there were only spin bikes!! That didn’t stop him, he found a 30 minute cycling workout on YouTube and got his workout complete anyways 🏆🏆

"Little Wins"
I am down to 217lbs now. It's working. I haven't been South of 220lbs in almost five years. I nearly burst into tears when I saw that number. I know it's a really simple, seemingly trivial thing, but it's huge when you see those "little wins" like Michael talks about.
Small win
I took a short trip to visit friends in Charlotte. This friend LOVES to cook and eat. He is a fantastic cook. So there was a bit of eating and drinking. But I did NOT gain any weight!! I did not lose any either. But I did not overdo it and still did my weekend workout.
