Let’s give some love to @Christina Drummond 🙌 She’s been putting in the work for the past 6 months, and the transformation has been incredible… but more importantly, it’s been real. This wasn’t one of those “perfect” journeys 📈 There were ups and downs There were minor injuries 🤕 There were moments where things slowed down But here’s what mattered 👇 She didn’t quit. 👋 hi! I’m Joe! From Lynnfield Massachusetts originally, but Washington DC has been my home for 32 years now. My Uncle Frank was a gym teacher and taught me how to lift weights when I was a teenager, so I’ve worked out almost 50 years. Favorite dessert probably some kind of coconut crème cake, with a pistachio chocolate gelato scoop on the side. Yum.

DAYYY 10!! 🔥 Went all out and completed 64 push-ups myself 🥵 Big congrats to everyone who made it through the challenge - 10 days of showing up, stacking wins, and building discipline 💪 Proud of everyone who stuck with it - let’s finish strong and keep the momentum going 🚀

Progress Shoutout
Give it up for @Kyle Schmidt 👏 1 month into the program… 15lbs down!! Started at 336 and already down to 321. That didn’t happen by accident. He stayed consistent, navigated Easter weekend without falling off, allowed some flexibility, and kept showing up. This is what it looks like when you commit and follow through. Progress won’t always be this fast, but this first month is proof of what’s possible when you lock in. 🔥
