The “In Case You Miss Meal Prep” Rule 🍽️⚡
Happy Monday fam!! We know how important meal prepping is for reaching your goals 💯 But what happens if you forget to plan… or don’t fully meal prep? 🤔 Here’s a non-negotiable you should do at least once per week so you ALWAYS have a meal ready in a pinch 👇 1️⃣ Cook your protein 🥩Batch cook something simple (chicken, beef, turkey) with basic seasoning so it works with anything. 2️⃣ Prep your carbs 🍚Make a big batch of rice, potatoes, or quinoa so it’s ready to go. 3️⃣ Have veggies on hand 🥦Frozen, canned, or fresh - just make sure you have something ready. Now no matter what happens.. You’ve always got a quick meal: 🥣 protein + carbs + veggies + sauce = DONE 🔥 Keep it simple ✌️

🥩 Ground beef + Italian seasoning 🥔 Potatoes 🫑 Red bell peppers 🧀 A little shredded cheese Simple. Cheap. Filling. Easy on my stomach.This is one of my favorite “default meals” because it reheats well, lasts in the fridge, has solid protein/carbs, and honestly tastes way better than it looks 😂 📊 Official Ratings: 🍳 Meal Prep Ease: 10/10 😋 Taste: 10/10 💪 Healthiness: 10/10 🕒 Reheating Leftovers: 10/10 👀 Visual Appeal: 3/10
