Here’s a non-negotiable you should do at least once per week so you ALWAYS have a meal ready in a pinch 👇
1️⃣ Cook your protein 🥩Batch cook something simple (chicken, beef, turkey) with basic seasoning so it works with anything.
2️⃣ Prep your carbs 🍚Make a big batch of rice, potatoes, or quinoa so it’s ready to go.
3️⃣ Have veggies on hand 🥦Frozen, canned, or fresh - just make sure you have something ready.
Now no matter what happens.. You’ve always got a quick meal: 🥣 protein + carbs + veggies + sauce = DONE 🔥
