My sleep schedule changed and I have a hard time getting out of bed. Be it I'm too tired, or I'm wide awake but my mind can't get myself to take that initiative. Any advice?
Find something that makes you want to get out of bed. For me motivation is working out first thing. This gets me up and going. Also, do you have someone to workout with that would be depending on you to show. This helps. 😎
Weekly check-ins are part of the program, and don’t think I’m skipping out on them either. May 1: 197 lbs Today: 189 lbs Down 8 pounds so far. For reference, I’m 5’11” Small actions repeated over time add up.
