In today's meditation, we allowed ourselves to calm down by watching the breath. Then we invited an open view of awareness.
From this open view, we eased up enough to where every single thing that came up, we said yes, thank you. When we said these words, we felt our heart.
You can practice meditation in this way anytime, and just this week, experiment with saying yes, thank you to life.
