Guided Meditation: Increase Your Focus & Trust in Yourself
Hi friends, This is a simple guided meditation that invites you to relax into a deep sense of trust and form a positive intention to practice meditation. In the practice we focus your attention on the breath and the breathing body. We then had a shift to be aware of the aliveness of the body and to relax into that aliveness and to relax into a great sensation of trust. You can use this meditation to increase your focus in between meetings or throughout your day, or if you just have a very busy mind. This is a great foundational meditation to help you calm your body, increase your focus, and come back to a centered place. With warmth, Brandon

Guided Meditation: Saying "Yes, Thank You" to Life
In today's meditation, we allowed ourselves to calm down by watching the breath. Then we invited an open view of awareness. From this open view, we eased up enough to where every single thing that came up, we said yes, thank you. When we said these words, we felt our heart. You can practice meditation in this way anytime, and just this week, experiment with saying yes, thank you to life.

Guided Meditation: Increasing Your Focus & Relaxing Your Body
This meditation will help you be more focused, less stressed, and more present. Today we did a guided meditation on the level of concentration. In this practice, you'll be guided to relax your body, and then fine tune your focus on the breathing body. This meditation is good for: Calming the mind Relaxing your body Fixing your attention span Experiencing a "bright" mind Working with dullness Enhancing creativity And much more... Concentration practice is the foundation of a strong meditation practice, and it's something you can come back to again and again, no matter what level of meditator you are. Feel free to use this meditation as a foundational tool to build a daily practice to stabilize your awareness. With warmth, Brandon Mehrgut Feel more peace? Let us know

Reversing The Stack From Non-Duality to The Breath Guided Meditation.
In today's guided meditation, we started on the level of non-duality, then we went to emptiness of self, and then we rested on the breath. This is a reversal from what we typically do, and you might find it helpful, so let us know. If you have any questions, feel free to drop them in the comments.
