2 Week Morning Meditation Challenge
Monday April 27, our MWF Daily Sits move to 8am CT. To kick off the new time, I'm running a 2 week morning meditation challenge. 6 sits over 2 weeks. Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8am CT. 25 min silent. Show up for all 6. Why the time change: One: starting the day in silence changes what the day does to you. Beats a midday pause. Two: our students in China can finally sit with us at a time that works across both time zones. (I taught in China for 10 years and came across thousands of students who follow us).
