Today I attended the “Funding Blueprint” conference on business grants and business funding. They had a pitch competition on the spot at the event for women entrepreneurs and they gave away $10K to the winner. No one knew this was happening. You completed an application on the spot, they narrowed it down then you come on stage to present. They aren’t speakers and the judges said they were picking based on the idea not how they presented… in their 2 minute pitch … and to be honest the presentations were a 2-3 level speaking out of 10 at best… the young lady who was maybe a 5 in her presentation above the level 2-3 presenters… and yes, she won. So although they said presentation didn’t matter, let me say it always matters. I also said to myself… I will not let our Playmakers be unprepared for a moment like this. Next week we will be working on your speaking, on your pitch, on you sharing about you and your business. Get ready! We will be phenomenal speakers! Come to Mondays live call ready to speak.

Make more money Faster Vs Quantity
What if instead of making MORE money only, your goal was to make money FASTER? We are already building our businesses with the idea that we all want to impact lives, help people, package our passion and big ideas, and solve problems of others. That is a given… and all of us are doing that! Congrats!!! What I’m also so excited about is that many of you are also now making more money! Congratulations 🎉 So let’s talk about the elephant in the room…how to hit high 6 figures and break the glass ceiling towards 7 figures OR at least start making more money than you spend monthly. 🤷🏾 Disclaimer: While I am a licensed World Financial Group Financial advisor, I am not a licensed financial investor, banker or money specialist and any financial information is a suggestion and I cannot guarantee any specific financial Gain. That being said, what if earning money wasn’t about the AMOUNT of money you make but instead it was about the SPEED at which you make it. Remember, “Success loves speed!” So consider a goal of simply making money faster than you spend money. If you can earn it 2X faster than you spend it then you are profiting!!!! So ask, how often do you spend money, pay bills, have to swipe your card or have money come out of your account? Then start asking for money, sending invoices, making offers more often than you spend. This is important because if you save all the money you make, the AMOUNT of money you make will eventually become a million dollars worth of money saved… the problem is, it’s going to take 20+ years. So it’s not dollar amount it’s, the pace in which you earn it. We have to earn faster. You have to earn NOW! In March and April, let’s focus less on making more money and focus on making it fast! Then you can use it for philanthropy, buy back your time, provide low-to-no-cost ministry.
