Day 25 - The Power of Story
Today’s Goal: Learn to use stories that capture, connect, and convert when you’re on stage. These are just ANY stories these are specific. My Coaching Advice: Selling from the stage isn’t about pushing an offer — it’s about pulling your audience into a story where they see themselves in the transformation. Stories are the secret weapon for every entrepreneur, coach, and speaker. They allow you to: - Build trust - Create emotional connection - Increase conversions - Position yourself as both relatable and credible But it’s not just about telling a story. It’s about telling the right story at the right time. The 6 Stories Every Speaker Must Master 1. Signature Story – Your personal story of overcoming challenges, lessons learned, and transformation. 2. Offer Story – A client’s struggle-to-success story that makes your offer irresistible. 3. Landing Story – A simple, memorable story that makes your main point stick. 4. Value Proposition Story – A story of how you applied your method and got results. 5. Expert Story – Your journey, skills, lessons, and investments that position you as credible. 6. Testimonial Stories – Stories directly from clients that provide powerful social proof. Types of Storytellers - The Juggler – Accidental storyteller. - The Reporter – Logical, fact-driven. - The Marketer – Creates open loops. - The Evangelist – Heart-centered, moves emotions. - The Influencer – The master storyteller who combines it all. Which one do you lean toward? Practical Exercise: 📝 Make Your Play Today 1. Outline your Signature Story — include your biggest challenge, how it made you feel, and the lessons you learned. 2. Write a rough draft of one additional story (Offer, Landing, Value Proposition, or Expert). 3. Create a list of 5 clients (past or present) you can gather testimonial stories from. Call to Action: Share in the group: Which of the 6 stories are you most comfortable with, and which one do you need to develop?

Day 18 - Launch Plan
Today’s Goal: Lock in your launch strategy — because this is the moment that separates dabblers from winners. My Coaching Advice: By Day 18, life is happening. Distractions are real. Schedules are tight. And this is exactly where we find out who’s serious. This is not the time to slack off. Winners push through the noise, stay focused, and prepare for launch. Your Launch Plan is the bridge between the program you’ve built and the income + impact you’re about to generate. If you follow these steps, you can generate $1,000–$5,000 in the next 10 days . Here’s how the launch breaks down: - Day 1: Hype – Create curiosity & excitement. Call out your VIP, share their pain points, tease your offer, and open loops. - Day 2: Door Buster – Officially launch your ISO (Irresistible Signature Offer). Share your Big Promise. Start taking applications. - Day 3: Cure the Curiosity – Answer FAQs and objections. Show urgency (“Closing in 48 hrs”). - Day 4: Abundant Scarcity – Share how many spaces are gone. Use testimonials or case studies. Remind them the door is closing. - Day 5: Now, Not Later – Last chance! Post multiple times. Give the final CTA and close . Practical Exercise: 📝 Plan Your Launch 1. Choose which channels you’ll promote on: Personal Facebook, Business Page, Instagram, Email List, YouTube, Twitter, Previous Clients, Your Network, Facebook Groups, Comments . 2. 3. Write out at least one post for each of the 5 launch days. 4. Decide your “Joy in the Morning” statement and how you’ll inject excitement each day. Call to Action: Commit today: Where will you promote and when will you start? Write it down and begin preparing your Launch Day 1 content. Affirmation of the Day: “I am focused. I do not quit in the middle. I finish strong and launch with clarity, confidence, and consistency.”

My Coaching Advice: Now that you’ve built your ISO and launch plan, let’s make a shift — it’s time to prepare for the stage. Your awareness as a speaker is everything. When you step on stage, you’re not just delivering content — you’re connecting to convert. Impact = Income . Here are the keys: 1. Levels of Awareness Great speakers know themselves and their audience. Take assessments like DISC, FLIGHT, or Emotional Intelligence to better understand your strengths . 2. Connect to Convert - Body language speaks before words do. - Dress to impress — your look sets the tone. - Be authentic. Nothing connects like being real . 3. Share a Story Your story is your greatest sales tool. - Your beginnings, your challenges, your lessons, and your pain-to-purpose moments. - Match it with their values, passions, and aspirations . 4. Sustain Your Structure Follow a simple structure: - Intro + Promise + Hint at Offer - Present Problem & Solution - Weave in Testimonials - Dispel doubt - Deliver your offer 5. Speak with Confidence Believe in your product. Rehearse your talk. Hydrate. Smile. Make eye contact. Visualize success . Practical Exercise: 📝 Playmaker Assignment 1. Write: What’s in your story? Include your challenge moment and the lesson you now teach. 2. Complete one speaker self-awareness assessment (DISC, FLIGHT, Meyers Briggs, or Enneagram). 3. Share your result in the group — it helps us see your speaker identity!

Day 2 - Dare to Decide
Today’s Goal: Make one powerful decision today that supports the vision of your future self. My Coaching Advice: Today is about courage. You’ve seen your future self — now you need to decide that you’re going after it. A decision is the line between “thinking about it” and “becoming it.” Ask yourself: - What choice have I been avoiding that could move me forward? - What can I say “yes” to today that scares me a little but excites me a lot? - What can I say “no” to that no longer serves my future? 💥 Remember: indecision is still a decision — but it rarely leads to the results you want. Practical Exercise 📝 Decision Declaration Write down ONE decision you are making today that lines up with your reset goals (example: “I will commit to waking up 30 minutes earlier,” or “I will stop doubting my ability to speak on live video”). Then, share it with someone you trust or post it in your accountability group for extra support. 🗣️Affirmation of the Day: “I am decisive. My yes is yes, my no is no, and my future is grateful for my courage today.”
