Alone… Nope! Together… always This was never about doing it alone. It’s always been about doing it together. This video takes me back to Cancun, 2023 🌴 My wife and I had already spoken individually… but then we were asked to do something unexpected: 👉 Put together a 2-minute tag-team message. No long prep. No overthinking. Just alignment, trust, and purpose. (Some thought it corny, others felt it inspiring and challenging. Either way it was fun and helped at least a few people we know for sure) And it worked—because it was a living reminder of this truth: When we work together, not apart, we become a force to be reckoned with. Day 11 – Mastering Your Pricing 💰 (Money Mirrors Mindset) Up to now, you’ve done the WORK. You’ve niched down. You’ve built an offer (at least in theory). You’ve practiced pitching it. Now we tackle the part that exposes everything… PRICING. Let’s be honest: financial talks reveals fear. The Numbers don’t lie. Money mirrors mindset. This isn’t about what people will buy. It’s about what you believe you’re worth and what you’re bold enough to publish. At Max Potential, we teach two non-negotiables: 1️⃣ Always Have a Take-Home Version If you deliver value in person, onsite, or on stage, there should be a take-home version: - A workbook - A course - A guide - A coaching pathway This extends impact and income. No fries without a container. 🍟 2️⃣ Price in Three Tiers (Small. Medium. Large.) Think like the marketplace already does. Your offers should live in one of three lanes: - Small Problems → DIY (Do It Yourself) - Medium Problems → DWY (Done With You) - Large Problems → DFY (Done For You) Same solution. Different levels of access, convenience, and proximity. More convenience = higher price. More access = higher price. More speed = higher price. The goal is to have a 3 products that you offer on repeat until you reach for your first mid 6 figures or 7figures instead of new products often. It cost to much to have to constantly create new marketing and new products… that time should be used serving others with what you have and scaling your volume and moving a client thru your tiers 🔥 Today’s PLAY: - Identify one offer you already have (or are building) - Decide where it fits: Small, Medium, or Large - Then ask: What’s the next tier up? OR - BE A PLAYMAKER and list the name and price of your MAIN offers in all 3 categories! So at this point we have an offer (at least in theory) we have a way to pitch it and a way to talk about it so before we go into building the Lead Gen and actually making the ask for someone to buy what we have using our quick link… let’s take a step into the DEEP OCEAN OF WHY and give you some time to catch up. I was once at a mastermind in GA and one of my coaches, Jeremy Anderson looked at me and said, “Who needs you to make a million dollars?” It hit me like a ton of bricks because he was right. The lives of others (friends, families, less fortunate, students aspiring to go to college who need my scholarship money) are hanging on the success of our businesses. This work we do is a step that causes others to run! Yep, a step into the deep. That’s what you are doing. You are building a business that defies science, is against all odds and may not be understood by others but it is necessary. You must become a WATER WALKER… Not for you but for everyone else and you. Ask yourself, or remind yourself… who will your action or lack thereof impact? TODAYS PLAY is to write down 3-5 people or organizations that are IMPACTED by your actions. Who misses out if you don’t execute? Who wins when you achieve at high levels? Who doesn’t get paid on your team, won’t get a meal, won’t be inspired or won’t recover from their pain if you decide this is too much to do or that you will just do it later? Who hurts because you hesitate, who else stays stuck because you did balance your time out or who settles for mediocrity because you didn’t offer them high value? Today share their names or at least identify them and comment “I see there faces” in th comments to let us know you truly understand the weight of this work and why it must be done. Position your keynote, workshop, coaching program, or framework as the answer. This slide should make them think: 👉 “Wow… this is exactly what we need.” ——————- Slide 3 — The Opportunity & The Ask What they gain… and what you propose next. Show the results: improved culture, performance, clarity, retention, communication, revenue, etc. This slide positions partnering with you as a strategic win, not an expense. ————— 🔥 Purpose of the 3-Slide Pitch: To deliver a fast, clear, irresistible snapshot of the value you bring so the decision-maker says: 👉 “Let’s set up a meeting.” 👉 “We need this at our organization.” Simple. Now that you have a presentation, how will you say it… we highly recommend PRESENTING BETTER WITH our Max Potential 5T TALK METHOD Playmakers… if you want your presentations, pitches, and keynotes to land AND lead to action, use this simple structure: 1️⃣ TOUCH – Start with a personal story that connects you to the room. 2️⃣ TEACH – Share one practical idea that creates real value. (Ideally from your ISO or signature framework) 3️⃣ TOSS – Challenge listeners to a call to action. Either implement the teaching or acquire services. 4️⃣ TOP IT OFF – Close with a powerful story that inspires action. 5️⃣ TIP – Leave them with a memorable takeaway that brands you. This method keeps your message clear, your audience engaged, and your offer natural—not forced.
