DAY 11 Speaking Challenge - OWN vs OPP
Pete Vargas from Grant Cardone's 10x Stages talks about the difference between OPS & OWN, Other People Stages, and your OWN stages. He argues that it doesn't matter if you are getting paid to speak, because you should have the ability to inspire or produce income from the stage, or both. Day 11 is about making a decision. OPS (Other People’s Stages) or OWN (Your Own Stage), and the difference is simple: OPS is borrowed authority, OWN is built authority. OPS means you step into someone else’s room, conferences, podcasts, churches, and corporate events, and leverage their audience. OWN means you create the room, a workshop, a masterclass, a panel, a meetup, a virtual summit, and position yourself as the host and authority. Overtime you can do both, but I'm looking to see what you will do in the next 30 Days. Its the difference between getting booked to speak on someone's stage or event vs creating your own event and sharing your talk. On this Day 11 of the challenge, I'm asking you... 👉 In the next 30 days, are you committing to: A) Get on 3 OPS stages or B) Create 1 OWN stage No floating. No “I’ll see what happens.” Pick your lane. Then: OPS = Make a target list of 20 events and start outreach. OWN = Pick a date and announce it within 72 hours. MAKE A PLAY TODAY and in the comments share your list of 20 or your live event date.

DAY 10 Speaking Challenge - Wealthy Words
🔥 DAY 10 – WEALTHY WORDS 🔥 You’ve built your keynote. You know how to Touch, Teach, Toss, Top It Off, and leave a Tip. You know when to use your message—big stage, small group, or one-on-one. Now let’s talk about something just as powerful: 👉 How you talk about YOU. In our program, I teach this: - Words create worlds. - Conversation creates culture. - Language is loud. Today is the day you establish the proper wording for: • Who you are • What you do • When you do it Because the way you introduce yourself shapes the way people perceive your value. Here’s the shift 👇🏽 Yes, you are a coach. Yes, you are a speaker. Yes, you are an entrepreneur. But those words are saturated. Instead, use a wealth word: 🔥 EXPERT. For example: Instead of saying, “I’m a global speaker…” I say: “I am an Extreme Execution Expert that helps individuals in your organization maximize their potential.” See the difference? This is not your elevator pitch from earlier plays. This is you defining your position in your company. Every business has titles. And guess what? 👉 You are the business. Have your title. So your title should confidently start with: “I am a __________ Expert.” Execution Expert. Leadership Development Expert. Client Acquisition Expert. Confidence Building Expert. Culture Transformation Expert. Own it. 🔥 Replace Passive Words with Power Words: Instead of: • Trying → Executing • Helping → Equipping • Motivating → Activating • Working with → Partnering with • Teaching → Transforming • Consulting → Strategizing • Offering → Delivering Passive language shrinks authority. Power language builds positioning. 🎯 TODAY’S CHALLENGE: Make A Play In the comments, write: “I am a ________ Expert.” Then add one sentence describing the transformation you create. No shrinking. No soft language. No playing small. Because wealthy words create wealthy positioning. And how you define yourself determines how the market responds. I found this list of confident words online, see how you can incorporate them into your title and your elevator pitch when you speak about who you are and what you do.

DAY 9 Speaking Challenge- the TIP
By now I’m sure you’ve heard me say… For my coaching program it’s - “Make A Play - You have 24 Hours… playmakers make a play - Playmakers are action takers When I speak it’s - you can Fly - What if you fail, oh but what if you fly That’s what DAY 9 – THE FINAL T: TIP is all about Because by now you’ve already touched hearts. You’ve taught a clear principle. You’ve tossed a call to action. You’ve topped it off with emotion. Now it’s time to leave them with something they’ll carry. 👉 TIP is your brandable exit line. It’s the final sentence people remember, repeat, and associate with you. Think of TIP as: • Your mic-drop moment • Your signature saying • The line they quote when you’re gone Great speakers don’t just end talks; they leave language behind. WHAT MAKES A STRONG TIP: ✔️ Short (1 sentence) ✔️ Clear (no explanation needed) ✔️ Repeatable (easy to say out loud) ✔️ Aligned with your message and mission If people can repeat it, they can remember it. If they remember it, they remember you. 🎯 TODAY’S FINAL CHALLENGE: In the comments, share ONE TIP you’d exit the stage with. Examples: • “Don’t wait for permission—make the play.” • “Delay doesn’t deny destiny.” • “What you practice privately shows up publicly.” Make it YOU. Make it memorable. Make it something you could say every time you speak. Because when the lights go down and the room clears… your TIP keeps talking. ✈️🔥 Well done for flying through the full 5T FLY Talk Framework. Now go use it.
