Here is how I would order this for fat loss.
One of my favourite places to eat out is the Cactus Club. I would almost always opt for the blackened creole chicken. As you can see it’s super high in fat. So I would alter this meal by not getting the creole butter on the chicken, adding a plain shrimp skewer for added protein, skipping the mashed potatoes all together, and getting double the steamed veggies.
