Mid week 4 and I can feel it in my body…. Doing everything 💯 but I feel weak this week. Maybe I try to do too much. How did you feel week 4?

Day 1&2
Getting up early to generate #momentum and focus on my mental. I’ve gotten up between 6:45-7 am each morning and read a devotion, a chapter in th Bible, and prayed 5 min before my day has started. I’ve def noticed how my focus has shifted over time, so looking forward to getting sharp again.

Week 3
End of week 3.. Small drop this week, only 0.4 kg … total loss in 3 weeks 2,6 kg. Still hitting my macros and hitting gym 5 days a week. Let’s see what week 4 brings.
