If you stopped researching how to fix your life and actually looked at what you're really focusing on all day (your thoughts, actions, and energy)… what would we see? Be honest:Are you focused on what you want or are you just busy trying to be the smartest person in the room while secretly panicking that nothing’s changing? Go on, Nelly. No Google allowed. Just you, your pen, and a little truth serum.

*For the next 7 days, track: 1. What I eat within 30 minutes of waking. 2. How long after eating I have my coffee. 3. My energy levels and cravings by noon. Patterns tell the truth guessing doesn’t. Am I starting my mornings with intention or just throwing sht at the wall and hoping it works?

Where are you just “trying things” and hoping for the best… instead of actually tracking and measuring what’s working? 💭 Questions to reflect on: - Where am I guessing instead of knowing? - What would I track daily that would give me real proof I’m moving toward my goal? - If I measured my progress for the next 30 days, how would that change my decisions? - What’s one habit I could stop doing today because the data shows it’s not helping? - 📌 Your body is not an experiment. It’s giving you feedback all the time, you just need to listen. Before it starts yelling if it already hasn't!!
