Need new clothes
I noticed today that my jeans are loose, not just around the waist, but all the way down the legs. That’s a first. They usually just get baggy around the waist and top of my hips. 😊

I used to soothe with food. I have been at Chilliwack Emergency since 6:45 with my husband and I expect we still have a couple of hours to go. Usually I would have eaten doughnuts for soothing but with almost no food today as time got away from me as I needed to be there for John, I finally had to have something. Only a vending machine so water and salted almonds. No chocolate bars or sugar.

Mornings
Ever feel like not getting up in the morning? I was tired, asleep and comfy and my alarm went off at 440am.. I hit snooze. Contemplated getting my ass up. Guess who won? The Rower did!! I got up and did my workout!! 💪👊
Sundays
Sundays for me are RMT appts, meal planing, grocery shop and meal prep. I got it done and even soaked in a hot epson salt bath.
