I did it
I've been in a funk for the last day and a half. I gotta get through it. Choose different. Choose what I want not what I don't. So it's 845pm and I just finished my workout that should have taken place at 430... I found other things to do instead and then I chose to get downstairs and get my workout done. Yay me! A little a happier now too!!

This is something I've been eating for breakfast for a while. Meal planning win makes it easy. Protien loading in the am, helps me control the mid morning snacking and keeps me stay fuller longer. For about 68grams to start my day. A little fats, carbs and protien! Love this start!! ❤️❤️
