The last few days have played on me emotionally. Yesterday was Mother’s Day, day before my Moms Birthday which also was the 6 month anniversary of her leaving this world. Normally I get into no energy, looking for comforts in food or mindless scrolling. Today I sat with the emotions and then chose to make a good protein breakfast, call a friend and start my day with one task, just one. I ended up completing many tasks and sticking to whole food choices. New choices on repeat.
