@Cindy Legare yes, I do but I’m working on shifting the sabotage of the yo yo crap thinking. I went out a lot for dinners lunch, I looked at all the yummy crap stuff and chose based on how I felt now. I wasn’t very hungry and I like how I feel if I just have some - took the rest home for my Mom. Lol
