The last few days have played on me emotionally. Yesterday was Mother’s Day, day before my Moms Birthday which also was the 6 month anniversary of her leaving this world. Normally I get into no energy, looking for comforts in food or mindless scrolling. Today I sat with the emotions and then chose to make a good protein breakfast, call a friend and start my day with one task, just one. I ended up completing many tasks and sticking to whole food choices. New choices on repeat.

GLP 1 is all the rage on the internet???
Everyone’s talking about GLP-1s (peptides) like they’re the solution. But no one’s telling you what’s actually happening. You’re not just losing fat. You’re losing muscle!!!! And if you’re not lifting, not eating enough protein, not sleeping, not recovering…you’re not transforming your body. You’re shrinking it!!!!! That “melted candle” look? That’s not age. That’s muscle loss!!!! And here’s the part no one wants to say… This isn’t just a strategy problem. This is an identity problem. Because the version of you chasing fast weight loss is still trying to avoid becoming the person who trains, fuels, and shows up consistently. So you get a result…but it’s not the one you actually want. You don’t need a shortcut. You need to become someone who can actually hold the result. This is where we Mindshift the MindSh*t!!!
