Feel Good Friday - parchment paper cooking tip!

Happy Friday!

Did you know that if you crumple up parchment paper before putting it down on a baking sheet, it helps it stay flat? I've also seen people smooth water all over it, although admittedly I've never tried that.

This keeps many foods from sticking, and also helps with cleanup.

A 12 lb cat will also keep paper flat, but that's another story. 🤣 My husband said, "I guess you're turning that over." LOL!

I PROMISE if I ever end up cooking you anything, I am very mindful of clean counters and no cat! If it's just us, it's part of the deal around here. (I turned it over.)
