Morteza Arab Khorasani's Indecision in Vakilabad Prison Has Passed Six Months
بلاتکلیفی مرتضی عربخراسانی در زندان وکیلآباد از شش ماه گذشت بر اساس گزارش دریافتی از سوی دادبان، مرتضی عربخراسانی، متولد ۱۳۷۹ و شاغل در حرفه جوشکاری، از اسفندماه ۱۴۰۴ در محل کار خود بازداشت شده و با گذشت بیش از شش ماه، همچنان در وضعیت بلاتکلیفی در زندان وکیلآباد مشهد بهسر میبرد. در تماسهای محدود، او از شرایط نامناسب روحی زندانیانی خبر داده که پروندههایشان در وضعیت مشابه قرار دارد. به گفته منابع آگاه، بسیاری از این زندانیان به دلیل طولانی شدن روند رسیدگی، دچار اضطراب، افسردگی، سردرگمی و نگرانی نسبت به آینده خود شدهاند. بر اساس گزارشها، پرونده مرتضی عربخراسانی و شمار زیادی از بازداشتشدگان دیگر در اختیار یک بازپرس قرار دارد. منابع مطلع میگویند روند رسیدگی به این پروندهها طی هفتههای گذشته متوقف شده و به زندانیان اعلام شده است که تا زمان دریافت نامه از سوی وزارت اطلاعات، امکان ادامه روند قضایی وجود ندارد. این در حالی است که بسیاری از متهمان همچنان بدون تعیین قرار وثیقه یا مشخص شدن وضعیت پرونده خود در بازداشت به سر میبرند و تعطیلات اخیر نیز به طولانیتر شدن روند رسیدگی منجر شده است. دادبان تأکید میکند که تداوم بازداشت بلاتکلیف مرتضی عربخراسانی، از منظر حقوقی، نقض آشکار اصول دادرسی عادلانه و حقوق بنیادین متهمان است. مطابق قانون آیین دادرسی کیفری، مقام قضایی موظف است در مهلتهای مقرر نسبت به تعیین تکلیف وضعیت بازداشت، صدور قرار تأمین مناسب یا ارجاع پرونده به دادگاه اقدام کند. نگهداشتن متهم در وضعیتی نامشخص و بدون تعیین تکلیف، فاقد وجاهت قانونی است. #مرتضی_عرب_خراسانی #دادبان Morteza Arab Khorasani's Indecision in Vakilabad Prison Has Passed Six Months According to a report received by the court, Morteza Arab Khorasani, born in 1379 and working as a welder, has been detained at his workplace since Esfand 1404 and is still in a state of uncertainty in Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad after more than six months. In limited calls, he has reported the poor mental conditions of prisoners whose cases are in a similar situation. According to informed sources, many of these prisoners have suffered from anxiety, depression, confusion and concern about their future due to the prolonged processing process.
