What right do U.S and Israel have to bomb universities? How's that supposed to help the people overthrow the regime?

"International Law" does not apply to USA
Since the Revolutionary War, the United States declared its independence in 1776 and won it in 1783 precisely to escape all external rule. From that moment, American sovereignty has been absolute: the Constitution gives only the US government—through its own elected leaders and Senate-ratified treaties—the power to bind the nation. No foreign court, king, or international body has ever been granted authority over it, and none ever will. Russia and China operate exactly the same way, routinely ignoring international law when it conflicts with their national interests. This is why the US has never submitted to compulsory international law and can walk away from any treaty it chooses.

Regime Change
I think they summed it up perfectly in this PBD podcast. Israel had a plan that involves Decapitation, Hindering Iran's ability to project power abroad, Fermenting an uprising, and installing a secular government possibly Via Reza Pahlavi. Trump administration immediately dismissed Pahlavi out of hand, and said the last two parts were fantasy-level thinking. Trump entered into this war knowing Regime change was off the table. In solidarity with Iranians, this fight is ours, too.
I am not Iranian, never been to Iran, am not personal friends with anyone from Iran….and yet, this is my fight, too, and so I charge into this battle alongside Iranian sisters and brothers. The head of the snake may be occupying and primarily torturing the population in Iran, but the reach of the snake endangers us all. How the Iranian regime’s ideology and actions are coming for all of us: - All over the world, Iran-backed terror cells harm local people with their violent behavior in many forms, from knife attacks to bus bombs and more. - Women face the danger of these misogynistic men flooding our society and skyrocketing instances of rape and worse. - Sophisticated propaganda has distorted public perception of geopolitical realities such that useful idiots help dig their own graves now. - Sharia law is creeping into Western legal systems, threatening women’s rights, gay rights, and secular governance. My daughters will never be forced to cover themselves on anyone’s theological terms. - Iran-backed terror networks destabilize the Middle East and beyond, fueling proxy wars, refugee crises, and regional collapse that ripple across the globe. What’s this costing you? Id like to learn how this fight touches your life, whether it’s your children, your community, your country’s future, or your conscience. This isn’t just about Iran.
