A big shout out to @Philip Langat and @Maatu King who joined the Resilience chat this week and offered some great suggestions. Starting next week the weekly chat will take on a new format. We will be going through the Resilience Road map and then the Resilience Reboot each week. We will be working through the course together . The aim is to set some intentions around resilience with every day examples you can use in your own life. The first week next week will be an overview of the road map which can be found in the classroom. I hope you can join us ? Mark it in your calendar now and I will see you there.

As Christmas 🤶 is upon us I wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas and best wishes to you all. I hope it is relaxing and enjoyable no matter where you are in the world.
