Every Day Is a Fresh Opportunity!
One of the things I know is that every morning gives us a choice. Yesterday might have been amazing. Or it might have been one of those days where nothing seemed to go right. Either way, when you wake up today, you get another opportunity to decide how you want to show up. I think that's one of the most powerful things about resilience. It's not about pretending yesterday didn't happen. It's about not letting yesterday completely determine today. Some days, your win might be getting to the gym. Some days, it might be having a difficult conversation you've been avoiding. Some days, it might simply be choosing not to be so hard on yourself. They all count. Living with MND has taught me that I can't always control what today brings. **But I can control the attitude I bring to it!** That's the reset. Not waiting for Monday. Not waiting until life feels easier. Today. So here's my question for you... When you woke up this morning, what did you choose to focus on? And if today didn't start the way you hoped, remember... there's still plenty of today left to change the direction of it. 💚

Woke up this morning and chose to just start, even when I wasn't feeling it. Small wins still count. Thanks for the reminder, and respect for the attitude you bring to every day.
Bring One Thing Back
If you could bring back ONE thing from your childhood that doesn't really exist anymore, what would it be? Could be a food, a TV show, a shop, something you did after school, the way weekends felt... anything. I'm sure some of these answers are going to bring back memories I'd completely forgotten about! My answer is in the comments ;)

I would bring back my school days when My friends and I used to share the lunch and play lots of outdoor games
Are you a "use the good china" person?
You know the stuff. The expensive candle you don't want to burn. The nice bottle of wine you're saving. The new outfit waiting for the right occasion. The fancy dinnerware that spends 360 days of the year in a cupboard. I've definitely become more of a "just use it" person over the years - living with MND probably has something to do with that. When I was diagnosed, I was given 2–3 years to live, so the idea of saving everything for "someday" started to seem a little ridiculous. I'm now nine years down the track, which I'm very happy about... but I still don't see much point in owning lovely things and never actually enjoying them. Although I suspect there are still a few things lurking in my cupboards that would prove I'm not quite as good at this as I think. What are you saving for a special occasion that you should probably just use?

I have a shirt that I am saving for the special day but I think I should just wear it before It becomes too tight for me 😄
Question time...
You’ve unexpectedly got the whole day to yourself. No work, no jobs, no obligations. What are you doing?

Your $50 Happiness Budget
Ok, so someone hands you $50 and there's only one rule: you have to spend it on something that will make your day better. You can't put it towards bills. You can't save it. And you can't spend it on anyone else. It is completely, selfishly, yours. What are you buying? There's no need for it to be sensible or productive either. Maybe it's a great lunch, fresh flowers, a new book, a massage (albeit not a very long one in some countries), something for the garden, a ridiculously good bottle of wine, or $50 worth of chocolate. So, what's your $50 happiness budget going towards? And no cheating by saying you'd save it! My answer is in the comments👇
