The problem with most land events…
Most land events are built for information.
But the real bottleneck for most operators isn’t information.
If you’re looking for something different—and want to be around people actually having these kinds of conversations—we’ve got a small, intentional event coming up July 17th.
I just love doing this stuff! It doesn't pay much at all in money, but it sure pays in what counts- relationships and memories. Check out the video that captures just a little bit of the experience!! But truly can't measure how awesome it is.
After spending a few days with a small group of guys on a hog hunt, I was reminded of something…
The biggest breakthroughs didn’t come from:
  • a speaker
  • a slide deck
  • or a new tactic
They came from conversations like:
  • “Here’s where I’m actually stuck…”
  • “Here’s what’s not working in my business…”
  • “Here’s something I probably wouldn’t share in a bigger room…”
And once one person goes there… everyone else follows.
That’s when things change.
One guy (or gal) shares a problem → someone else has already solved it
One guy (or gal) admits something isn’t working → someone else reframes it
One honest conversation → can be worth six figures+ in your business
But here’s the catch:
That only happens in the right environment.
Not 300 people.
Not surface-level networking.
Not the same “what do you do?” conversation 20 times.
It happens when:
  • the group is small
  • people feel safe being honest
  • and there’s enough time together to actually go deeper
If you feel stuck right now, it’s probably not because you need more information.
It’s because you need:
  • better conversations
  • better people around you
  • and a place where you can actually be honest about what’s going on
That’s a big part of why we’ve been building Leadership in Land—and why we host smaller, more intentional events.
We’ve got another one coming up July 17th.
Not for everyone—but if this resonates, you can apply here: www.landunconference.com
Thank you so much to and a bunch of others for being a part of such a fun, fun event!
