Sure... I'll bite. I've been going through what I can only describe as burn out for the last couple of months. Having a full time in person W2, 2 kids under 5, and trying to do land has been near impossible but in forced myself to work on it for years. By the end of the day when I have time to work on the business, I'm near brain dead and consistency in the business has been impossible. Can't ramp up enough to quit the W2 and not enough time to put a ton of effort into hiring/training help. Really do want to go full time but not there and let's be honest... the podcasts from folks lately have not been screaming its safe to quit your job and dive in full time to land. Anyone gone through this before? Have any tips? I'm tired yall but I love doing land and I'm not quitting by any means but man I'm tired and mentally toast.
