Happy Monday everyone! What are you guys working on this week? Anything that the group can help with, share below! I know we have a lot of new members looking to do their first deal so feel free to share what you're currently struggling with or what the road blocks are so we can help! On my end- My road is completed and approved by the county so now it's a waiting game on when the lots will be recorded. I can't apply for septic or building permits until the lot is recorded because we need 911 addresses first in order to apply for permits, so back to the "hurry up and wait" stage on this project. As soon as that is completed, we'll get 2 of the 5 lots started I have 2 modular builds in Middlesex NC that have also been in the hurry up and wait stage, we have septic permits getting finalized and then clearing and grading should hopefully be started by next week! These will be my first two modulars, so I'm excited to share what I learn with the group! My MH deal in Oxford NC is moving along. We had some issues with the well which a lot of you already know about, but since that little hiccup, we've been moving along nicely. My goal is to have CO in the next 2 weeks, lets see if we can make it happen! Other than those 5 projects, I have 2 deals in Franklin county under contract, awaiting on soil studies to decide if we move forward or not What about you guys??
