Hey Yall, I am working on 2 land home packages right now. Just listed one on the market at $215,000 for the Clayton Collosal on 2.5 acres. The other we just got the old mobile demoed and new one is coming in next week. Its on 10 acres, did the same model and planning to ask $230,000. Both in the outskirts of Tulsa Oklahoma.

Big day today! One project finished the brick skirting and is about 2 weeks out from Certificate of Occupancy. Decks, driveway, final grading and backfill, and we're ready to list! And on the other side of the state we had two projects get deck and brick work started, which puts them about 30 days out from Certificate of Occupancy!
