Selling Notes
ERIC SCHARAGA this guy has been buying notes forever. He has very strict criteria. He wants seasoned notes, at least one year. He will not purchase notes that have over a 7 year maturity. He typically expects a discount of about 15%. I have not personally sold a note to him, but he is a valuable source. You can see Youtube videos on Apke and REtipster.
