Split testing first message for new leads
Hi everyone, I run an agency in the remodeling niche and we are looking to split test our first message that we send to leads that submitted our clients form. Ive noticed that when we send a message some times they dont respond but they will respond to our clients message. So im looking to split test a few that look more authentic and like its coming from a real person rather than automated. Here is what we are currently running: "Hi {{contact.first_name}}, this is Matt from {{custom_values.company_name}}, I noticed that you just filled out our online form. Could you tell me a bit more about what work you'd like to get done?" would love to hear any suggestions or see what other people are using.

@Thure Sander I also do this exact thing, 1 instant message "Hey (name) this is X from Y company - this is an auto message. Is this the right number to call you on?" Then a few minutes later (during call centre hours) "Hey (name), just saw your enquiry now, myself or the team can give you a quick call shortly if that suits"

I always like to state its an auto message when it obviously is, because it makes the others seem real
BOOOOOOM💪
Just hit £20k/month ($26k) (Haven’t had a client churn in over 4 months now)

Wow man, £20K/mo is impressive, but I'd honestly say the no churn for 4 months is better haha, what main things have you focused on to keep clients?

@Zachary Collins Nice, assuming same niche for all - did you invest in mentors/coaching or courses or is it more that you just put effort into creatives and kept testing?
Paid Ads vs Cold Calling... How do the results compare?
Hi everyone, I've been cold calling for a few weeks now, I'm booking about 3-5 appointments a day, but lots of no-shows or crap prospects who book calls but don't have the budget for advertising. There's a completely different power dynamic when you're reaching out and asking people to book an appointment (cold calling) vs them coming to you and booking an appointment (paid ads) and to be honest I'm getting sick of cold calling at this point and wondering if I should just start running ads? Is paying for ads worth the time you save cold calling? Can anyone who's done both cold calling and ran ads tell me the difference in the results they've seen, how many appointments they booked for each, the show rate, and what budget to start running ads with (is €30-50 a day enough?), and if they just lost money or made a good ROI. Thanks

You will still get shit leads/appointments with ads too, just a little less and you might reach bigger company owners that you wouldn't get to by cold calling

@Joshua C Honestly both work well. I'm just about to launch my own agency ads myself in the next few weeks. So static ads work just as well if you have a solid offer - just like any niche. What I have heard though, is it's a very good idea to post some organic content first/with the ads. Not to get organic views, but if someone clicks through from your ad and they see organic content, you're a lot more trustworthy - attracts the better clients, and likely improves show rate too I'd imagine
New Company Website.... Rip it apart LOL
What's up everyone, just published the new version of the Perry SEO website and I'd love for you all to rip it apart & tell me where it could be improved! Nothing is off limits - I'm genuinely looking to provide the best Use Experience on my website so any & all feedback is appreciated💪

Other guys pointed out stuff well, I just noticed it has a small slash mistake - says "Why We/'re Different"
Random Dip in Lead Form CVR
Refreshed my creative/copy in a campaign that was performing well - same angle/message, just a refreshed video Added a new ad set + ad although used the same lead form. Performance was decent first 5 days, then 2nd four days CTR has been the same (1.6-1.7%) although lead form CVR dropped from 8% (9/111) to 1.3% (1/73). Is this Facebook "learning" and being weird or is there something to fix? I'm thinking that I went wrong by creating a new ad set - but just wanted to put this here to confirm

@Thure Sander Thanks, I'll give it a few more days to see and go from there
