Meta Ads or GADS/LSA for contractors

hey guys, right now I have a client that has a $1,500 ad budget. I don't really know what is the best platform to run ads for lead gen always switching between meta and google. Essentially do I just focus on one being run Meta ads or do I run Google ads ppc/LSA for contractors? Right now I'm focusing on electricians. Seeing very low CPL on meta compared to google with a cheaper budget but google is more high quality and buyer ready and so just want your guys opinion/experience on what platform would be best and really focus on without spreading myself thin. thanks ☺️
