Ads for Home Improvements
I've got a few prospects who specialise in House extensions, loft conversions and full refurbishments. Some of these jobs got upwards of £100,000. That being said, does anyone have experience running meta ads for Home improvement companies whose services are this high ticket? I wouldn't expect my prospect's clientele to be found on meta but if anyone has worked in this niche and has generated great results for their clients let me know

@Mehran Khan great advice man
Starting My SMMA – What Would You Focus on First?
I'm planning to start an SMMA Agency in April. From January–March I’ve been studying business fundamentals like offers, leads, and sales, and now I want to focus on mastering ads so I can start signing clients in Q2. If you were in my position starting from zero today, what would you focus on most in the first 6 months: • mastering ads • outreach & sales • building case studies • something else? Would really appreciate advice from people who have already done this.

@Charlie Martin I get you but fair play for putting in the work man, thats the main thing. How long have you been running the agency? Inconsistent bookings can be frustrating but it usually comes down to either volume or small tweaks in messaging/offer Good to hear the client is going well though, that’s a big win early on.
Best Way to Learn Facebook Ads for Lead Generation?
I’m currently preparing to launch an SMMA and planning to focus on lead generation for local businesses (likely contractors). Right now I want to learn Meta ads, but I’m wondering what helped you actually get good at running campaigns. Was it courses, running your own test campaigns, working with real clients, something else?

Hardest Part of Your First Client?
What’s been the hardest part of your first client so far: getting the client, running the ads, or managing expectations? I feel like a lot of people talk about getting clients but not enough about service delivery. Just curious

Damn thank you for the insight man, good to know though because It seems the first few clients will be mainly iteration and learning, also Im thinking of running the following: a pay per result with discrepancy (Charlie Morgan’s recommended model). So let’s say I guarantee 100 qualified leads @€10 per lead, I charge €1,000 upfront, and let’s say I only get 90 qualified leads, I refund €100 for the 10 leads I missed (10 leads missed X €10). Let me know what you think, Thank you!
Meta ads question
Thoughts on this method? I’m currently building my service delivery, and on my research someone suggested when you sign a client to launch insta form ads asap, whilst you build the main funnel. Then using feedback from insta forms to build the main funnel, Vsl’s landing pages etc. Apparently it’s good for testing. Has anyone tried this or if not what are your thoughts on it?

Yeah that’s actually a solid approach. Launching instant form ads first lets you start generating leads and collecting real market feedback while you build the main funnel. You’ll quickly see what questions people ask, objections, and which offers get interest, then you can use that data to improve your landing page/VSL later. It’s a good way to avoid building a funnel blindly.
