Just starting out! (need help with service delivery)
Hi everyone, I'm new here and I'm also just starting out so I don't have my first client yet. My niche is real estate/roofing. I'm doing Facebook ads basically but I don't know what the offer should be on the ads to get leads for roofing clients. Do you guys have any advice for running Facebook Ads for lead gen for roofing clients?? (Please help I'm feeling very lost..)

@Scar U Yeah use a DCT that makes it easy to test creatives and offer which is a very important part. + Just watch the whole Free ad foundations module in the community and for inspiration for your niche go into the meta ads library and search up your niche.

Does your ad research still take 2–3 hours every time you onboard a new client? Or have you figured out a faster way?

Just give them a form they fill it out with questions about their business then you give it, combined with a prompt, to AI. AI is creating your report and is doing the research for you. After that you can build ad copy or offer. That's my way to do it.

What's the Best offer for hair transplant clinics?
Hi Iam working with hair transplant clinics. I’m trying to figure out the best way to maximize revenue for the clinic while also reducing the time it takes to generate money.Here’s my dilemma:If I run a low-cost intro offer (like PRP or GFC 3-session package), it’s easier to get many leads from ads because the price is low and less risky for patients. However, these non-surgical treatments usually take 4–8 weeks or more to show visible improvement, which means the upsell opportunity to hair transplant surgery comes only after 3–5 months. This makes the overall time to earn from high-ticket surgeries quite long.On the other hand, if I directly advertise the hair transplant surgery, I can target people who are ready for the big procedure and potentially close revenue much faster but CAC is going to be way much higher .So my question is:Should I focus on a low-cost intro offer (PRP/GFC) and then upsell to transplant, or should I directly advertise for hair transplant surgery?Or is there a better strategy to maximize clinic revenue while also shortening the time to generate money from high-ticket procedures?What would you recommend as the best marketing approach for a hair transplant clinic?"

i personally wouldnt waste time with leads that could maybe be an upsell i would focus on the more high-ticket people but instead of using an offer to attract this type of people, I would focus more on the pain. Especially when you focus on the hair transplant, there's probably a higher pain point and if you got a higher pain point they will stay longer and they will pay more. Which could also be a hair transplant. So I would focus less on the offer and more on the pain so you get quality leads that actually buy and sell because you have this long customer cycle. The goal is to attract people who really are in pain because of a certain issue. They will buy more and will be higher quality leads as well.

Instagram Account Warm-Up
Hey everyone, if any of you are doing Instagram DMs as outbound, how do you warm up accounts? I don't plan on buying them but creating the gmail from scratch and warming them up. The goal is to have 5 accounts running at limit which from what I've seen is 25 DMs/day. The online resources kind of say different methods. Do I really need to use proxies and vpns or could I do it lean, 5 accounts sending manually every day? Would love your input!

I dont really do dms at the moment but i think you can do that for the beginning but in the future i would implement that because the algorithm wants to see that you are a person and not a scammer or bot so it will probably understand that the traffic is coming from yourself. You can try it but the safest way is to use some external tools also if you want to crank up the volume.
