I send 200 personalized cold emails in 10 minutes. Here's the exact n8n workflow.
Hi all I've been struggling with sending personalized cold emails at scale, and I know a lot of you have too. You have a list of 200 leads in a spreadsheet. You open the first row, write a personalized email, send it, go to the next row, repeat. By email number 10 you're exhausted. By email number 20 you're copy pasting the same thing to everyone. That's not personalization that's spam. I spent some time last week building a simple automation for this, and it now sends 200 personalized cold emails automatically for less than $10/m: 1. Add your leads to Google Sheets Just 5 columns: First Name, Company, Service, Email, Status. That's your entire lead list. No fancy tools needed. 2. n8n reads every row automatically A Google Sheets node in n8n loops through every single lead one by one. Each lead becomes its own workflow run. 3. n8n checks if this lead was already emailed An IF node checks the Status column. If it already says "sent" it skips that lead completely. No duplicate emails ever. 4. GPT-4 writes a unique email for every lead An OpenAI node takes the lead's name, company and service and writes a completely personalized cold email. Every email is different. Every email sounds human. 5. Gmail sends the email automatically The personalized email lands in the lead's inbox with their real name and company mentioned. Looks 100% manual. It's not. 6. Google Sheets updates the status automatically The Status column updates to "sent" the moment the email goes out. Your sheet is always up to date. No lead ever gets emailed twice. Total cost: Google Sheets (free) + n8n cloud (~$8/m) + OpenAI API (~$1 per 200 emails) Set it up once. Run it whenever you have a new lead list. I used to spend 3 hours sending 50 emails manually. Now I send 200 personalized emails in 10 minutes — and I only touch the spreadsheet. If anything is unclear drop a comment, happy to help 🙏

Has anyone experienced this before? Ads Manager is showing leads coming through but there are no actual submissions on my landing page or in GHL.

Ad results - should I be concerned
I’ve been running bathroom renovation ads for my client for just under 6 days now, I’ve spent £110 and only got 1 lead with a budget of £20 per day(I managed to get the lead on the phone and schedule a consultation between them and my client). I started with 4 ads in one ad set trying 2 before and after picture, one carousel and one poster style ad. After 3 days I turned the poster and carousel off as they weren’t performing and just left the other 2 before and after pictures alone. On Friday a lead came in and I contacted them & scheduled a consultation with them but since then, no other leads. This morning I turned off the before and after picture that didn’t generate a lead even though the metrics didn’t seem that bad, I’ll send the metrics below for both before and afters since running: B&A 1: Time running = 5 days, CPR = £52.02, amount spent = £52.02, impressions = 3008, CPC = £0.90, CTR = 1.92%, link clicks = 45 B&A 2: Time running = just under 6 days, CPR = no results, amount spent = £33.27, impressions = 1629, CPC = £1.23, CTR = 1.66%, link clicks = 20 I’ve turned B&A2 off and replaced it with a new before and after picture. Now I’m not really sure what to do, do I make another creative so I have 3 running and leave it alone or just keep the 2 I have running now? As for my forms, I’m using an instant form with the following questions: ‘when are you looking to start your renovation?’ ‘Do you own the property’ and ‘describe your project’. Have I given it enough time to expect more results or not?
