is because I run a service for realtors and I think it will be beneficial for you.

But I'm not sure if you're already working with someone or even interested in this right now but I just wanted to call and see where you're at.

Pitch

I help realtor get more clients without them having to do anything extra themselves. I generate the leads, I contact them on your behalf to qualifiedly them for you. And if I don't get you at least 2 listing in the next 60 days, you wont have to pay me anything.
