Own the lows. Because it's not whether or not you hit the lows the lows will come. It's just how fast you get out of the lows that separate you from the average.

I’m having trouble with my cold calling pitch , it doesn’t really convert well and they usually say I’m not interested or they just hang up it’s not very compelling any help to improve, it would be appreciated SALES PITCH I help new agents to get 2 listing in 60 days, without them chasing leads or do any outreach I run targeted ads, i qualify the leads for you, And if somehow i don't hit the target you don't pay me would it be crazy for us to pop on a 15 minute call later in the week
