Steel Club Hand Positions
I posted this video yesterday on youtube about hand positioning, I don't see many athletes using the OFF-SET hand position I speak about in this video so thought I would share
Would love to hear what your thoughts are and if you have tried this "Off-Set" hand position before while training!
