Last late night work out week. I'llhave normal hours for a month

I know my sons are already swinging it. I'm working out with it all weekend and I got to find a new program because my work schedule is changing again. So I'm glad I have this kettlebell because between 20 minutes and 2 hour work out will keep me going any time night or day

June - No Days Off Winners
Hey guys, all June prize winners, your orders have been placed, and you should have received communication from Hephaestus and from me for an order confirmation. I spoke to the warehouse guys at Hephaestus yesterday and a bunch of orders went out on Monday & Tuesday. If you ordered any of the Gadas I know they were waiting on boxes to get those shipped out.
