Does anyone have a good handle on the Wildman tetris of training method? I've purchased a variety of Wildman programs along with equip, Delta KB, Cobra Clubs, Bells of Steel Wildman Mace (adjustable weight) etc. I am trying to figure out how to efficiently stack the programs into a repeating weekly cycle to make the most of the investment. @Carlos Salinas - Any guidance based on your exposure and experience would be appreciated.

4 Rounds x 5 Min (rest 1 min in between sets) 5 min of Mace movements 5 min of Kettlebell movements 5 min Club Movements 5 min of Bodyweight movements I do these workouts a lot when I just want to move and also to mix up my time under tension workouts. These longer marathon sets force you to pick a lighter weight. Not rush and practice form and patience when moving. Have you done these marathon sets before?

Just got my New Fat handle adex club, as I just started my MW program, I notice a burr thats is on the handle, been trying to get a hold of Donnie & Sebastian by phone and email for a few days now no response. Not sure how quickly they respond to there calls or email. Not sure if what to do? If I should grind it but that will mess up the powder coat. It is a premium high cost club. According to all club reviews the handle is a major part of a good club, what would you all do? I wanna start clubbing but I can feel it while doing 2 handed club and switching hand. What are your thoughts??? Its a small burr thats is there which I can feel,
