Full Workout Warm up: 10 min Total, 50 sec work/ 10 sec rest
Workout: 5 Rounds
1. Hand to Hand Swings x 20 total
2. Anchored Club Clean (x5 each L/R)
3. Rock and Roll Sit Ups x 10
Total = 1 Round
