Awesome session tonight, have my day planned out for tomorrow! After a busy work day and a killer workout.

Before and after pics to share the uncomfortable truth of how bad it used to be and how good life is now. Before - 27 years old after 3rd surgery in two years. Surgery was on my bday, because I knew I couldn’t drink on my birthday I went on a bender before going under the knife. It would be another 4 years before I got into recovery

Today - embracing recovery life, taking care of my mental, physical and spiritual health. Grateful for all of those who continue to help me on this journey. Happy 24 everyone!
