Hello, beautiful friends! First, let me just give a big THANK YOU to @Jenn Mccann for joining me live. It was so lovely to chat with you, and your energy helped make these exercises feel so natural, so thank you! Friends - Here is the recording of our FIRST Quarterly Reflection - Q1 2026. I made this as short and sweet as I could without rushing us. In it, you'll enjoy: - A guided breathing exercise to help you review the past 3 months in a non-judgmental and non-attached way - An opportunity to jot down some notes about your experiences in the past 3 months so you can either dive deeper into them, remember them with gratitude, or release them. - A chance to analyze your "Pie of Life" as a way to quantify your satisfaction with different categories of your life at this moment in time.
