Hey there! Last week's LIVE chair/office yoga was so much fun that I'm going to try to stick with that as a regular session here in the community! Join me LIVE tomorrow at 10 am PT for a ~15ish minute break to move your body gently, calm your mind, and connect with your breath. No need to be in yoga attire or even pull out your mat!
