Happy Monday! I know this time of year is hectic and busy as ever. I find it helpful to take a moment or two to organize my thoughts and write down the things I intend to do that day/week. But while the to-do list helps us feel productive, there are other feelings we can work toward as well. When it comes to setting intentions, let's not just focus on what we need to DO, let's also focus on how we want to FEEL. So, as you jot down your to-do list today (or tomorrow), I invite you to include an intention of how you want to feel at the end of the day. Let that intention guide your actions for the day.
