I walk in place while I watch TV. I mean, I'm not doing anything else 🤷🏼‍♀️ might as well move!!

I've done leg hugs laying down before, but never like this!! OMG it felt AMAZING!!! This chair flow was fabulous! I'm gonna do it in my school breaks from now on! Thanks, darlin'!! HAPPY DAY ONE 🎉

Hey friends! ICYMI - I'm hosting a free challenge here in our Skool community! What's the challenge? START WHERE YOU ARE - We're building upon our momentum of setting goals/intentions last week to make progress towards those sustainable, easy, healthy movement habits. When? - We start officially tomorrow, but I'll be adding some new content later today. Where? - Right here! I'm really excited to get started with this! My main movement goal right now is to make sure I do at least 30 minutes of yoga every single day. I have found that it helps me sleep better at night and motivates me throughout the day!
