Sub 80 target
Next month Manchester, the goal is Sub 80 mens open
In Birmingham I did a 1:12 mens doubles so I have confidence that I can do this (previous open PB being 1:23)
I seem to see my hr raise the most on burpees and wall balls
What would be your advise or tactic behind seeing a lower hr on these but also completing them faster? Progression?
On paper 5 mins run 5 min stations seems such a achievable target just seem to blow it on race days
